The history of art

This course is for anyone interested in art.

It aims to develop its own culture of art.

It helps to better identify oneself in time and to understand the artistic stakes.

Thanks to its chronology, we cross the periods: from Antiquity (or even from prehistory) to our days.

For each period, we mention the artists who marked the history, but also by the disciplines concerned (plastic arts, decorative arts, cinema, music, dance ...).

From Giotto, to Bacon, including Michel Anges, De Vinci, Titian, Velázquez, Fragonard, Cézanne, Van Gogh, Picasso, ...

From Antiquity to Neo-Expressionism, evoking Renaissance, Baroque, Neo-Classical, Romantic, Impressionism ... (see frieze)

It is a total of twenty artists, and period, that you will discover.
